Circuit breakers with my name on.... they had better be good!
OK, almost my name; that's the English spelling but mine is French.
I might try one, just for kicks.

I will stick with fusebox.
Elucian are more expensive and I found the site difficult to navigate around to see if elucian sold all the other bits you (may) need... spd, blanks, DP RCBO etc.

Thanks for the feedback we will look at making it easier to navigate the range.

No. I use SBS/LiVE units. Compact double pole RCBO's are £16 each. 10 way board with main switch and tail clamp £37.40. SPD and MCB £32. Specify your board and it arrives assembled ready to install.

I'm using lewden at £11.25+vat per type A rcbo. Yes they're full height but that really doesn't matter in a modern board, cheap, i have no reason to change unless they were cheaper and equal quality

Have you got a working link for them? I can only find a dodgy unsecure link

Terrible website !!! and NOT secure .They need to attend to these matters urgently .

very nice clean board . If they are reliable etc .Could be good idea

I believe sbs is a 1 man band shich could explain the sub standard website. Read they may be getting taken over but don't know.
Electrical2go who started this thread have a decent enough website, although I've struggled using them before with stock problems. Currently using discount-electrical.co.uk, sick of denmans and Edmondson lately with high prices and poor stock

SBS need to get someone to come up with a much better E platform. Wont even cost much . And would add value to the company

My local wholesaler tried to flog me the Click consumer units last week, opened one up to look and noticed the main switch and connections stated 1.2Nm torque MAX - that put me off

A Hager main switch is 3.6 Nm and even Wylex are about 2 Nm
100A tails tightened to 1.2 Nm - no thanks

COuld there be a valid reason for this low Nm value ? IF not well spotted .

Went to the wholesalers who had one on display and managed to take a pic of this from inside the board.
Not as bad as I thought (the warning notice relates to the cable grip), but still not great

The concerns I have about putting things like this in are the availability of parts in time to come- for example the client may want an EV charger in 5 years time, will there still be an availability of MCB's etc then?

Been burnt like that before.

Given that label says "Recommended Min Torque" what are the "Recommended Max Torque" values
