Thanks for the helpful input everyone. No cores were sleeved and u had that as a C3. In two minds about the armour but C2 is the winner!

That sounds about right to me. to rectify it though you will have to link the armer at each socket if not already connected and connect one end (normaly at the db)to earthThanks for the helpful input everyone. What new colours I always use white as the cpc.

White was a phase colour from many years ago I believe.
even me and pete don't remember that and we were both apprentices to edison.White was neutral if you go back far enough.
