If you are an employee of ACME Electrical Limited then they provide the tools.
If you are self-employed and working as a sub-contractor to ACME Electrical then you provide the tools.
 
A lot of companys these days don't insure your own hand or power tools in there van.
 
Just depends on the company. We're one of the only around here that get supplied battery drills and all other power tools. So who owned the drills and tools? His responsibility if you ask me. Insurance won't cover stuff being stolen out the van
