Hello

I am thinking of going on this 6 week course, apparently I can then register with a competent persons scheme. I have done a few new build/conversions complete electrical installations in the last 20 years to IEE regs. I did an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. What do the fully trained electricians out there think about this course and my potential to get work as a Domestic Installer?

Thanks

If you are not on the wind up then you should do a search of the forum and read the myriad threads on this subject.

Well - just had a quick search thru the forum and there seems to be a lot of people made up their minds to right someone off completely if they have not done three years apprenticeship with day release at college. What happened to you all during those three years !!??

We was doing it the way it should be done and not deluded in to thinking we could do a six week course an become an experienced electrician.

Obviously a wind up, 0/10 for effort, content and artistic merit. If you really hold those quals and you're thinking of being a DI then you need professional psychiatric help.
Welcome to my ignore list, you'll be in good company on there.
