Can anyone confirm this Earthing system please.

11KVA line to transformer.
Off the transformer line to 1 cable to house
Off other side of transformer to earth rod and 2nd line to house
At house outside. Transfers to DNO equivalent of 1 core swa with core connected to line and armour connected to 2nd cable. Also off 2nd cable is another single line going to MET in house.
DNO SWA goes to cutout as normal.

I first thought TNS from in the house due to seperate earth but now thinking PME.
I'm calling DNO tomorrow to confirm what it is

If the earth is provided separately from the incoming neutral then this is a TNS supply at the house.
It is entirely possible that the supply cable is multiply earthed along it's route but this is not something about which we can speculate as we can only operate based on the incoming supply cable to the cutout.
If the arrangement is that the neutral and earth have been combined by the DNO at the outside of the house and then only fed a neutral and line into the house and split off the earth to the MET at the service head then this would be (from our point of view) TNCS.
