I've done a full set of the IET model forms, as editable PDFs, now available in the Resources section:

EIC (including schedule of inspections and one test results sheet): EIC (Electrical Installation Certificate): editable PDF based on IET Model form - https://www.electriciansforums.co.uk/resources/eic-electrical-installation-certificate-editable-pdf-based-on-iet-model-form.118/

EICR (including schedule of inspections and one test results sheet): EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): editable PDF based on IET Model form - https://www.electriciansforums.co.uk/resources/eicr-electrical-installation-condition-report-editable-pdf-based-on-iet-model-form.119/

Extra test sheet for either of the above (see technical note in the resource description for how to merge): Schedule of Test Results: editable PDF based on IET Model form - https://www.electriciansforums.co.uk/resources/schedule-of-test-results-editable-pdf-based-on-iet-model-form.120/

MIEWC (did this a while ago): MEIWC - PDF form (editable) - BS7671 Amendment 3:2015 model form - https://www.electriciansforums.co.uk/resources/meiwc-pdf-form-editable-bs7671-amendment-3-2015-model-form.110/

MEIWC (for up to 3 circuits): MEIWC - PDF form (editable) - for up to 3 circuits - BS7671 Amendment 3:2015 model form - https://www.electriciansforums.co.uk/resources/meiwc-pdf-form-editable-for-up-to-3-circuits-bs7671-amendment-3-2015-model-form.111/

I've got a fair bit out of the forum in the past couple of years, here's summat back.

Enjoy! :)

Must of been a mistake with the rating, sorry been removed,

When I go to open with my ipad it asks which app to use, was just wondering what others open it with..

Ah, I see, right. :)

You can get Acrobat Reader for the iPad, it works well with that. There are others out there too: GoodReader, iAnnotatePDF etc (with free and paid versions).

@happy. howdo you enter a tick on pages 3 and 4 under outcome?

There should be a little drop down, from which you can select (blank), √ or N/A

What PDF viewer jobbie are you using, Tel? If you're on a computer, something like Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can just Tab to the next box, then press the down arrow key a couple of times to select either the √ or the N/A (or other codes on the EICR one).

got it. when i downloaded the pdf there wasn't a tick. now i've saved it the tick option is there. :D

Does anyone else have issues on the schedule of test results form, or is it just me/my computer?
I don't appear to get a drop down menu when I try to insert a tick in the polarity column and the rcd test button column is a bit erratic also.

Excellent work happysteve much appreciated. It saved me from having to sort out a pdf editor which was turning out to be a bit of a nightmare.

If you just view it within your browser, the browser plug-in that allows you to do this has a very limited set of features that supports reading but probably doesn't support editing.

**EDIT Oops, just realised this thread was from 2017 so the pdf's are probably out of date now :(
