I know its only a small point, but you're missing a hyphen. It should be de-skilling not deskilling, otherwise is sounds like you've got it in for office furniture :rofl:

Well if we're on the subject according to the Oxford English dictionary there is no such word as deskilling or de-skilling. There is deskill with no hyphen to which I've provided the link for, and the explanation it gives says nothing about office furniture definition of deskill from Oxford Dictionaries Online
