Hi. I'm having an issue with 'ionisation smoke alarm 1151'. It has started beeping today in the corridor. I have replaced battery 9V, but it's still beeping and the one in the kitchen as well once I put 1151 placed back. Is electric engineer is required to fix the issue?

That will be an old Deta mains powered smoke alarm with a battery back up.
Check that there is still mains power to the alarms. Not too familiar with these, but most will beep if the mains fails.

Power/battery failed or detector past its use by date. Might be a date written on the side of it

Is there a green LED illuminated on each alarm? If so, this would indicate that mains power is present.
These have a life of ten years and were discontinued some time ago, so, as Matthew29 wrote, check for a date. They are quite possibly overdue for replacement by your landlord anyway.
