I was assuming in advance that the OP may, I say may spur off the ring, wrong in this case, probably down to old age and one beer to many. Best to ignor my previous OP sorry.Hi Pete: come off the RFC , what am I missing ?.
a couple of members down there. des56 is one.In Swansea
Hi Jacko: Not trying to be picky, but is it a shed or garage? You've used both descriptions.
In domestic it's called a Consumer unit or CU not a DB.

What size swa would be suitable? I'm guessing it depends on load?
In this case where we only have 1 double socket and 1 pendant?
Too late all gone,No worries mate, thought I was losing it.
Mind you with some of the threads lately, it's enough to make us all lose it.
Save some beer for me & tel mate, think we need it
To be fair it's still a DB though. Earthed/bonded tin hat on.
Load, length of run, install method and loadingWhat size swa would be suitable? I'm guessing it depends on load?

Dpg, I wouldn't attempt it. I've never done any domestic work, never glanded an armoured, never even been inside a cu and obviously can't test it produce a cert but I am keen on learning so I am just curious.
I would willingly buy you and Tel a pint or two, but you aint having any of my Staropramen, that would mean I would have to wait until Friday for a re-supplyAaw that means we've gotta bring our own now
