Hi All,

I'm currently studying C&G 2330 in my 3rd and final year and I'm looking to buy a 'guide to the regs' book.

Can anyone recommend a good comprehensive book? Ones I have seen listed on Amazon are:

'Guide to the wiring regs ...' by Darryl Locke
'Electricians guide to the 17th edition ...' by John Whitfield
'Wiring regs in brief - complete guide' Ray Tricker

Any feedback on any of these books would be appreciated.

Cheers
Steve

Hi Lenny

I've got a copy of Scaddens book for 16th edition so I begrudge buying it again with the small updates that he will have done, but looking at some of these other books, they seem to go into a lot more detail than Scadden goes into.

Well the only other chap I've heard of is Darryl Locke.

Think he's summat to do with ECA. Dont really know a lot about those books.
