How do I record Siemens Box No. 22465A on installation Cert.

I will be installing a new Ring main for a kitchen install and have come across a cut-out that is totally new to me.
Has anyone seen one of these..and how do I record its details on my Certificate.

As Tony said above, inform the DNO to inform them that it is an old metal cut-out which requires changing (at their cost).

Im not doing any of my own bits to be honest.

i havent got my nvq yet, ill change like for like for family as long as its something simple like a light fitting etc but nothing more.

I know one of the lasses at wpd office so ill ring them
