hello there im new here; just need to research about EMs but i found nothing in internet or books! in this week i googled alot about DEM (i found regular (old) mechanical electricity meters but i'm just looking for Digital one's) but nothing popped up o google or Quora! i asked alot from my masters in university they just don't have any details about DEMs (their advice: go to black markets and buy one of them! ).
please guys i need this file in PDF or any text format; if you want money for that, i'll pay you!
here my research title:
New Long Term Communications between Control Centers and the consumers (inexpensive instruments and components) - by Power Electrical tools and PLCs by ATO Algorithm in middle East and Asia.
