This kid has being doing electrics since leaving school (approx 10years) and I know the firm he served his time with and I have come accross his work before!
your having a laugh....A plumber would do a better job
go round and see him....offer to settle it `out of court`...lol...He was paid up front by my Auntie, I think it's going to be a struggle to get their money back but I'm sure the HSE would like to hear about it!

Don't rip it out. Make sure it cannot be reconnected and get trading standards out, along with local building control. That goes beyond bad, and whoever did it needs to be stopped before someone is killed.

Terrible standard of work, i cant believe somebody paid for that. I wish i could find somebody to pay me £1100 for a few gardens lights..
