New Zealand lamp post key

any one know where to get a box type lamp post wrench?
I have one not sure where I got it.
need to leave one on a large site for car park service team some of the post are old 1971 hard to open with standard key

I've always found calling at wholesalers near to a manufacturers site fairly fruitfull cos reps are lazy and don't like to travel too far so they leave all the best stuff nearby

Socket set works just fine, something like a 8mm I think
