led stays light

hello am new to the site.
working in the hotel industry and have change all hallogens lamps to led,but in one of the circuits i have 10 led lamps and when the switch is on the off position 1 of the led lamps stays alight and i am getting 20 volts through the circuit.
any ideas is it possible to have a shared neutral on this circuit and why is only one led lamp staying light when off

Are the LEDs 230V or 12V with drivers?

all the leds are 230volts and are dimmable,but just a normal 1 way switch controling them

Sounds like induced voltage from other circuits. You need a Snubber you lucky person!!!

Short term fix is to put back one halogen into the circuit which should help dissipate the induced current.

I agree with the induced voltage theory, you could just wire a neon in, hidden away out of sight

maybe use that neon tester that came with the set of VDE drivers.

PLEASE

make a note at the DB about where it is fitted. They sure mess up your IR testing.......:annoyed:

Get real, Kath. How could it possibly be that?
If it were the switch surely it would affect all of the lights.
