Changed all the batteries and the issue was still there...I put the plug lead in and got a zs at a socket and this seems to have solved it. Strange one!Batteries goosed ? ? ? ?
Hello
Hoping somebody can help. I have a Megger MFT1552, whenever I turn it on it beeps and flashes 138v (detecting voltage) Even with no leads attached. Has anybody came across this before?
had same problem with 1553, cotton bud and a bit of switch cleaner in the 4mm sockets. cost 20p.I had something similar with my 1730 on continuity testing, leads attached but not connected to anything.
It was a problem with one of the terminals and had to go back to Megger. £280 later it can back fixed.
