Hi guys,
Just a quick question, I'm going to do two separate jobs on the same lighting circuit, now I was wondering if I would have to issue 2 separate minor works certificates? Or can I put both on the same certificate? And if yes, how do I put them on the same certificate? Or would I need to comment in the additional comments box? To be honest it's the first time I've come across such a situation.

Customer had obtained a PIR from a different electrician beforehand and, I will be installing a new extractor fan in the bathroom, and the CPCs have been cut off from each point and I will re-connect them.

Thanks in advance guys

1 MWC is all you need. if you look at the cert. it asks for details of the modified circuit. i.e. 1 circuit = 1 MWC. enter what you have done in the description of works.

and please increase your font size. my eyes are getting old.
