Multiple circuits passing through an AC isolator what code is this on a U.K E.I.C.R?

As above, more info is needed.
Out of curiosity, after telling us more about the situation, also tell us what code you think it should be and what regs it contravenes.

It’s a 3 phase isolator with 2 circuits passing through it 1 supplying the isolator I.e 7L1-3 and another circuit 8L1-3 passing through it and on to another isolator 1 meter away
