Newly installed mira escape shower electric stopped working.

Hi, i had a new escape mira electric shower installed month ago and it already stopped working. the neon light on the pull cord switch comes on when cord is pulled but when i press the power button on the shower, the light on the pullcord switch goes off and shower doesn't work. can someone please tell me what's wrong with the shower. kind regards

It's probably the pull switch or a fault on the shower itself. There's no way you can fault find this as a DIY'er so you'll have to get the sparky back that installed it. If he supplied the shower and it's faulty but still under warranty then he ought to repair or replace without charging you. Also if you start fiddling around with it then you're going to invalidate any warranty or guarantee.
