none of this would have happened if the IEE as it was, had grown some balls and insisted on sticking to red, yellow,blue,black. bloody EU. a bit like churchill stuck 2 fingers up to hitler in 1940.

After Brexit, (should it ever happen) I wonder how many would support returning to the old colours?

At this stage, would it be worth while? Imagine the grief that would cause trying to do a complete reversal of the harmonised colours.

my last motorbike had only about 10 wires. battery, dynamo, magneto, front light, back light, battery.

My landrover has, errrrrm, some wires, possibly they had colours at one time, the resident mouse has eaten most of them, the magic smoke has leaked out of most of them, but it definitely has some wires.

But it's ok cos I can't see the wires for all the rust!
