New kitchen extension in surrey- assume white plastic sockets

Consumer Unit


Assume existing BG dual RCD consumer unit can be utilised (spare ways)

Assume mains earth bonding to gas and water are present and satisfactory

Assume mains powered smoke detectors are already installed on ground hall and 1st floor landing (interlinked)

Lighting Control

Supply and fit 1x Lutron Grafik Eye panel 3 zones in white finish by entrance into kitchen (QSGRK-3PCE-WH)

Supply and fit 1x 2nd switch in white finish at opposite end of kitchen (QSWE-5BRLN-AW)

Lighting

Supply and fit 6x fixed LED fire rated downlights in white finish

Supply 3x feeds for 3x hanging pendants over island- client to supply pendant fittings

Supply 2x feeds for 2x wall lights- client to supply wall light fittings

Supply 3x feeds for 3x outside wall light + 1x 1gang 1way light switch inside door- client to supply lights

Power

Supply and fit 4x d.sockets (not USB) -general use

Appliances

1x independent 40amp cooker circuit with isolator switch

1x independent 40amp hob circuit with isolator switch

1x single socket for extractor hood- with isolation switch- builder to provide core hole and ducting

1x under worktop single socket for dishwasher- with isolation switch

1x under worktop single socket for boiling water- with isolation switch

1x single socket for fridge/freezer

Cooker/hob switch isolators -to be located/hidden in wall unit- white plastic
Grid switch controlling appliances


Other
1x 13amp switch fuse spur for UFH manifold- spur only (not including any control wiring etc)
1x 13amp switch fuse spur for boiler- spur only (not including any control wiring etc)
1x mains powered heat detector- to be interlinked with existing smoke detectors in house

No VAT to be added

it was just the lutron part I was not sure on as not installed lutron before.
I was quoted £785 for:
1x Lutron Grafik Eye panel 3 zones in white finish (QSGRK-3PCE-WH)
1x 2nd switch in white finish (QSWE-5BRLN-AW)

and wiring appears to be no more trickier than it would be in 1.5 and 3core for a 2way switch
-I did base my quote on using cat5/6 between the main panel and the 2nd pad- but 25m of the proper lutron cable was only around 60quid odd I think
