Still not sure why you are asking this given your claimed experience

By moving the circuit to another RCBO and that tripping you have already identified that there is a fault on the circuit and not with the RCBO.

I would still test the RCBO just to be certain.

Why not? Is this forum only for complex issues? Can I not ask for simple advice without my credibility being questioned? I'm glad I've found a forum of genius's who never have any issues but at the same time have very few useful answers and prefer instead to mock and question my abilities. This forum is usless. I will find the fault next week as I always do. Just thought I'd throw a question out there and see.

Agree entirely. IMO, what is the point of asking a question if you have not exhausted normal testing methods first.
