I normally hire scaffolds from HS Hire, and in the last 2 years I've ended up with 3 towers which they never come and collected, and never rang me up saying where are they or charged me any more! So i would recommend hiring off them you never know you might end up keeping it!
(or also check on ebay to see about buying one they are not to bad!)
