Solar Panels: Inverter Shutdown and Static Generation Meter Reading

Hi,
I have solar panels installed on my home. The reading on my generation meter (Geo Emlite M15) hasn’t changed in several months. The meter displays a steady green “STS” light and a flashing red “NWK” light. I’ve confirmed that all breakers and isolators are switched on. The solar inverter is completely shut down. However, when I turn the breakers off and then back on, the inverter powers up briefly, displays some data, and then shuts down again.


Could you advise what the issue might be and who I should contact to resolve it?

The original installer if you know who that may have been. Or any local installer if not.
It could be a whole host of reasons why it is shutting down.

Is there any lights on the invertor that could give a clue to the fault?

Some data appears? Any fault codes?

For the inverter to completely go off, and not still have any indication showing suggests a fault with the inverter itself
