My problem is, I did the wiring for my outdoor spotlights, it’s to light up some trees, before taking it out , I tested it in the garage and everything is working, once one of the spotlight is coming close to the earth it cuts to power of in the house. Hopefully someone can help me with this. Thank you
 
don't really undersatand the post. what do you mean by "coming close to the earth"?
 
Neutral trapped to the casing inside the spotlight, if the casing is metal?
Either that or metal case, no earth and a fault
