What's the difference between all of these units...

I don't know what one I should get to replace my old box which says it's a Power Supply Unit.

Just get a power unit. It's supply's the amplifier on the aerial mast.
1 just standard
2 if you don't have a mast head amplifier
3 if you want to feed more than one tv
4 same as 1 just a power supply.
