Yep just stuffing glands...it's more expensive than armoured though even with glands...

Well it was a year ago when I last used it lol...
 
Why not wire into sockets....and plug each light in. That way any maintenance would not affect the other lights.
 
This is an external EM lighting circuit wired in NYY-J, ok you can't see the whole length but from what you can see, it isn't sagging at all.

It's a school, those are all the old chairs, tables, boxes, computers and all the other crap they were throwing out during the refurb.

Hahaha! He does lose a fair amount! Try educating these little whippersnappers but they never learn! When I'm done with a tool, it goes back in it's place! I've never lost one yet :)
 
I don't doubt the cable won't be sagging, with cleats at 8'' spacings!! But then, that's what i would have expected to see, when being installed correctly. lol!!

If mortar can hold a bloody building up it can sure as hell support a piddly bit of cable! :D

You must have hard mortar daaan saarf, try that up here and most of them would be enjoying fresh air.
Them fixings would be in the bricks if I was doing it.
