Pete I note your new avatar or whatever it's called. If your forgive me, it (the avatar) reminds me of a 'mature' electrician, at the company I first worked for.

He wore a bib & brace, collar & tie and a sports jacket. He had several pens in his jacket pocket that would of made Joe 90 envious. He didn't have a pocket watch or voltage tester for that matter, just used his forefinger for that. Wore nice pair of Oxford Brogues, as well.

anyway. back on topic. what am i doing today? same as the last 2 weeks with no work on. just sitting here waiting for the dementia to kick in. fending it off for now with some Blackthorn reserve cider and later Theakston's Old peculier.

That park bench is getting closer. I tried it out the other week, shouting and swearing at the passing traffic, with a bottle in my hand. Quite therapeutic.

So I'm not an Old Electrician I'm a Mature one?:p

No sure which is worse, an old fart or a mature one?

I had a colleague once, who took delight in passing wind, when he was driving you in a car down a motorway, whilst he locked the electric windows with the master.

It was either, try and open the passenger door at 80mph, or just take deep breaths o_O

I just have to say, these were must have accessories before electric screwdrivers etc;

I had an 18 incher :)

You never know Pete, you might have thought I was talking about you & tel.

I might call you both Steadfast Guys:) but wouldn't dream of calling you tools.
