Looking for a test meter on a low budget is it worth purchasing or waiting out for a fluke.

hi all i been using the metrel test meter with pre programmed Zs tables in it but i was wondering why when testing a BS 1361 fuse the table only goes to 30amp rating (0.4 disconnection time) and not allowing me to test the higher rated BS 1361 fuses (5 second disconnection time) is this a issue...
