Hi all still learning and getting my head around testing,
I've got a metrel mft and don't seem to be able to work out if possible to do a ramp test with this particular one. Anyone else got same mft and can confirm if it's a function on this model ??
Thank in advance

look here.appparently it does. look under specification.

RCD Ramp Test - indicates actual trip current

Yes mate. I have two of them. They have ramp test on.

Set the left dial to RCD then use the directional buttons round the test button to cycle through the settings.
Try this on each dial setting to get fully used to what the kit can offer.

Yes it does,
I haven't used mine for ages but I think you just set the dial to RCD then set the sub function as tripping current i.e _ _ _ _ mA
