Can anybody help please.....I need to connect a cabin electrics to the house, appreciate normally long term this would be via fuse board direct, however I just wish to connect to the house using 13amp plug. The minimum draw from the cabin is 20amps, if I used a split socket 32amp to twin 13amp sockets and plugged into two house sockets would this work? Or any alternative suggestions? appreciate any help for this to effect a solution rather than direct to the main fuse board.....don’t wish to use generator if at all possible..thanks

Absolutely NOT

The splitter you are referring to is commonly referred to as a widow maker.

This needs connecting properly and rcd protected.
If this is a domestic property it will also need notification to building control unless a part p installer is used.
