Anyone know of a junction box that will go through a 35mm hole. I have to install e.ergency downlights. Cannot gain access above ceiling. Cheers

The Wago lighting junction boxes are quite small, but off-hand no idea if they are less than 35mm across the diagonals.

Nope, just looked it up 29 x 39mm :(

The 'Quickwire' range might fit the bill!

No idea how available they are, but this appears to fir the bill:

Quickwire are only for t&e, so if switched maintained with 3c&e won't be any use.

Why do you need a joint box ?

We've used what I think are the same emergency lights and only the quick wires fit in the hole (just).

They look pretty decent..... no good if you need hr flex for the light fitting, if required. Most led fittings have facility for terminating T+E, though, these days. About £3.50 apiece, not bad.
