Where are you based? £50 is standard unless your one of the big ones

Yeah, I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I approved the post but we're not going to allow steps on how to bypass alarms on the public forums. Maybe someone can advise if it's even possible to reset the password so he can save himself a call out if there's nothing that can be done.

Also if this is a rental property surely it's down to the letting agent or landlord to ensure fitments are in working order before a tenant moves in?
