Current carrying capacity of sy cable ran in pvc conduit

Hi Guys

Any one know the current carrying capacity of a 4mm 3 core single phase sy cable ran in a 20mm pvc conduit? Not sure of the right table to check

You can get the basic continuous CCC from the manufacturers data sheet but you obviously need to apply rating factors to that to get the actual CCC in your application.
