JIB Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) Current from 5A to 200mA

Hi, can I ask you what is the easiest way to make from 5A 200mA, in my voltage source??

thx for your help
Use a transformer, or variable power source, battery maybe? The options are endless - not sure what your power source is so cannot be specific - is it a treadmill?
