EICR advice needed!!

Hi everyone, just learning a bit more about writing up EICRs. I have a situation where I have a 3 phase board with a sub main going to a small office which has a consumer unit in it. The sub main board is supplied by and MCb in the 3 phase board obviously making it into a single phase board in the small office.

The office has a 3 way board with a main switch and rcbos, this is ther board I need to test. With the paperwork in a little confused, would this go on a IPN18C as is a three phase supply, then putting the main ze and pfc of the 3 phase board in part 8 (supply) and then put then put the details of the MCb feeding small CCu in part 9?

Any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

The supply is the supply. Always. No matter what.
So test the supply at the origin and record results.

Then test the office board you exactly as you would a domestic install.

There will be a section that says "Only complete where the board is not connected to the origin" (or similar depending on the exact form layout). There you record where the OCPD is for the distribution circuit is, what type of OCPD it is, and record the Zs and PFC for the distribution circuit. If the distribution circuit is RCD protected record the RCD results for it too.

Thanks for your response, yeah Ive found the bit you mean, TO BE COMPLETED ONLY IF THE DB IS NOT CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO THE ORIGIN OF THE INSTALLATION- under this bit it is asking for nominal voltage and number of phases, would that be in regards to the single phase supply to secondary board or the original 3 phase board?
