Hi all, all I can do is give a little history for now : Trained here in Ireland as an electrical contractor in everything from domestic to agricultural to industrial. Did some City & Guilds exams. Went to Australia and worked as an industrial electrician. Did some factory wiring when I came home. Have been with a utility company for twelve years .Started as a cable jointer which I still do, Have worked on overhead lines and operations of networks and now am involved in building and upgrades of stations from 10kV to 220kV. I hope some odds and ends I have come across will contribute to what your already excellent site but unfortunately I expect to be asking questions far more than being able to answer them.
