I'm thinking the best way to become an electrician is work as a mate first? But every mates job advertised says MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!

Any thoughts?

I work hard and have a desire to become a great spark. Work well as a team and by myself . I've spent the last 10 years working harder than most on building sites and I'm good craic.

To be honest its always the way really. As long as your committed to your trade, luck will eventually fall your way when you least expect, and you'll be off. Best of luck.

i started out as an electricians mate 11 years ago, but had already enrolled at colege this shows your commited to doing the time set out to become that electrician, or you could try some sole traders in your local area who would need a hand as things start to pick up this time of year.

Irish word for fun/enjoyment that has been brought into the English language. usu. when mixed with alcohol and/or music.
'Bhi craic agus ceol againn' : We had fun and music.
Fun doesn't really cut it though. General banter, good times had by all.
Also, a person who is good fun/great company.
It was great craic.
She's great craic when she gets going.
He's great craic when he has a few pints on him.
What's the craic?
How's the craic?
The craic was mighty.
