Led light batten blinking in consistent pattern

Hi guys, I've got a led light batten in my garage that blinks in a consistent pattern after around 5 minutes of being switched on, also trips the garage cu when switching lights off, what could the issue be ? Thanks.

I had this recently too, on a brand new led batten light - got a replacement from denmans and sorted!
