Hi James what I’m aiming to do is have a 220 vac input and to power 2 different loads at different times not simultaneously ( in my case it will be an outdoor condenser and a baseboard heater) in other words the switch will be up or down 220 cc and venter off- can’t his be done ? Thanking you for your help Tom
Hi James thank you for your response - I understand the wiring that’s no problem - I was just concerned that the diagram showed 2 hot lines from different voltage source and i wanted to be sure that l1 and l2 can be the one power source of220 vac ( each 110 volt lines) but I kind of figured it outI am sorry to say, the instructions and wiring diagram are posted above, if you cant figure out what they are showing then i suggest you find a local electrician to sort it out.
it is not a complicated requirement and it should not cost the earth, but you will know that it has been done correctly.
