3 core 1.5 from two 16amp mcbs on same phase running to 3 switches at same point on wall 1 core feeding 2 switches other core feeding 1 switch 3rd core for neutral , from light switches to lighting track using 3 times 1.5 plus 1 neutral and cpc , called out today mcb was tripping , fault was at the connection to the lighting track via plug , on lighting track side , neutral was burning and melted thru to live track , my question is this ok using the 2 mcbs and only one neutral , could this cause the over heating or was it maybe just the connection on the live track side N not connecting tight enough with track?
