Hoping somebody can help. I have a Megger MFT1552, whenever I turn it on it beeps and flashes 138v (detecting voltage) Even with no leads attached. Has anybody came across this before?
Changed all the batteries and the issue was still there...I put the plug lead in and got a zs at a socket and this seems to have solved it. Strange one!
I had trouble with my 1552, sometime the sleeve where the test leads plug in come out a little with the leads giving false readings. You can push the outer sleeve back in using screwdriver gently.
