Nic test results / inspection sheets

Does any one have any nic test results sheets and inspection sheets i could have.
I am an apprentice just passed my am2 and now completing my log book however i need these sheets and my old employers arent being very cooperative after making me redundant 3 month ago.

I need them by friday if possible please.

Is there any reason why they need to be NICEIC certs?

erm im not sure... its just what i have used before ... and what they have asked for. do you have other types??

You do not have to use NIC or any others for that matter.

Many electricians download and use these:
