I understand this is usually 1 "major" job and 1 "minor" job.

I presume the assessor inspects BOTH jobs on the same day rather than go and come back again? In such case, both jobs would need to be close together.

Do the assessors specify any type of time limit for their visit?

NAPIT wanted to see 1 of your choice ! I took them to a board change where I had added a circuit and upgraded the main bonding and tails. The assessor said that next year he would be picking one at random.

NICEIC wanted to see two jobs ,took him to a full rewire and an extension, jobs have to be no more than half hour drive apart.

Had my Elecsa on Friday they just wanted to see one job within 20mins drive..Has to be a decent job tho, something like a board change, so they can ask you lots of Inspection and testing questions...Thats where there main focus seems to be.....

niceic wanted a choice of at least 6 in my local area.
Napit wanted a choice of at least 3, But i only have to demonstrate a Zs test. (mind you i have to take my quals every 5 years to stay in.)
I guess it boils down to your examiner (the nic bloke admitted that self employed tend to get stiffer tests then company's.)
