hi

just wondering what you guys would charge roughly for a contract i am quoting for

rewire kitchen and make good after, put kitchen on it's own ring
relocate consumer unit, aprox 8 meters
wiring 10 spotlights
upgrade bonding to gas and water

Too many variables here mate. How big is the kitchen? how many outlets? are you repositioning the cooker/washer/tumbler/dishwasher? Does the CU need upgrading? Is there an easy feed for the spots? etc etc.
More info will help us to help you. Which area are you in?
Simplest answer will be- how long is the job going to take you+what is the material cost+how much do you need to earn per day/hour+a few % for unforeseen things= cost to your client

cooker needs wiring also, and its a bugulow so very easy access. 6 sockets in kitchen plus cooker switch. all apliences including dishwasher intagrated so fcu above worktops, so about 4 of those. kitchen 11ft by 10
