Hi,

I have been asked to price up 15 new builds.
3 storey houses labour only.
I have not priced a new build before so no idea how to price one up.
I have done a couple when i worked for someone else.

Done plenty of rewires etc.

Im trying to work out how long it will take to first fix one etc but not realy sure.

Do ppl price per point or normally price per day?

Many thanks.

you will need more info like the electrical design and the internal stucture of the building

I would say Price per point. And make sure u have contract written up which relates to specification of install.

Is there a rough price per socket light etc?

For normal domestic i charge around 40 - 65 per point but thats with materials.

Labour only 20 per point?
