I don't know about anybody else but i think the OP is asking a bit much.Pricing up that lot would take a long time and seeing that none of us is going to get the job,why bother.
Maybe someone with more time on their hands but i for one cannot be bothered.

Good point, it's beyond my pay scale but others might help. That's why I've asked OP what quotes have had thus far?

Too large for my type of work, but I think those are very competitive prices, perhaps too much competitive! Others might reply.

One quote 8750 and other 10500

I had a quick work out and come in at about 9K but that was without supplying and installing the UFH mats as there was no indication to what size they are. The 10.5K seems more realistic IMO.

One quote 8750 and other 10500
both on the low side. i'd be more inclined to look closer at the higher of the 2 quotes. could be a case of buy cheap, buy twice.

If it was me I would give the Job to the 10k man. Other is too cheap and is likely to cause a problem somewhere along the way. Sit down with him and ensure he has included for everything though cause it still seems a bit on the low side

Edit: even get a 3rd and 4th quote... where in the country are you?

OP is in yorkshire.they only got electricity last year. it's all new to them. so far they only use it for shearing sheep. ;)

I'd go with @telectrix £12k minimum, and 15k worst scenario. I really can't imagine someone could do a decent job and get a profit out of that at £8750, £10.5k is very close to the bone, I imagine you will be getting the cheapest cable and fittings going at those prices.
