Rules for Customers

Seen as we have so many rules and regulations that we have to stick to, thought it was about time we made up some rules for the customers.

Minimum of 3 coffees a day please with biscuits.

Please tell us that you or a friend has had a go at fixing/replacing something, makes our job easier to locate the fault.

Stop sitting on my shoulder asking silly questions every 5 minutes, we will get finished quicker.

Well Paul,I wont be joining any scheme you set up for enforcement of that pathetic rule

Ho yes aswell, you must tell us the best cafe in the area for a bacon buttie.

Paul.m every man and his dog knows it takes 4 hours for a rewire!!! It took 30 mins on Cowboy builders!!!!!

After we've spent time looking at the job and I've spent more time preparing a quote based on my best estimate of the time it will take to do the rewire and trawling for current parts prices, don't say 'is that price negotiable?' (based on recent experience!)
