Had a customer today with no earth, TNS
The part of the clamp which the cable connects to had come away.

Phoned EDF finally got to speak to someone who then transferred me to a recorded message that said...

"I'm sorry we are unable to help you at this time please phone back at a later date"

WTF !

Managed to get a connector block on to the remaining clamp, Ze of 0.2
Will phone them back and kick off......

Then they'll tell me to convert to a TT!!



(I know that officially I should have isolated the system until an official response from EDP...... But this is the real world)

I'm sure that was meant in jest, but I'm with Ezekiel, maybe it will make them get their heads out of their backsides. Megger the guy and go 50/50 on the court case.
