Hi, I have a customer with a Storad SR140-3 storage heater (in the bathroom), which does not work. The resistance of the elements is ok. There does not appear to be any onboard controls but situated outside the bathroom door is the charge controller (I think). I have never seen one like this before but the resistance between live in and live out terminals is 50k Ohms regardless of the setting of the controller so I reckon it's broke. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement or spares or any other advice, (except bin it).
Thanks

First time i've ever seen the charge controller on a wall plate. Does the number dial show through the front of the plate?

Is this a manufactured part, or some ad hoc make up?
